Risk Disclosure

This Risk Disclosure statement (“Disclosure”) provides critical information concerning the severe financial, technological, and regulatory risks associated with digital assets, foreign exchange derivatives, and automated algorithmic trading systems facilitated via Truc Kimphu (“the Platform”).

IMPORTANT: Trading in cryptocurrencies and financial contracts carries an exceptionally high degree of risk to capital. You should never allocate funds or execute automated strategies with money you cannot afford to lose entirely.

1. Nature of High-Risk Trading

Transactions involving Bitcoin, Ethereum, alternative digital tokens, and leveraged currency pairs are speculative and characterized by heightened volatility. Prices can move dramatically within fractions of a second due to global macro events, liquidity shifts, and sentiment changes. Under conditions of rapid market deterioration, you may suffer a total loss of your deployed capital.

2. Algorithmic and Automated Execution Risks

Truc Kimphu delivers quantitative algorithmic tools, automated logic pipelines, and technical market models. While algorithms execute rule-based instructions without emotional interference, they remain subject to distinct vulnerabilities:

  • Slippage & Latency: Extreme market volatility or congested networks can create divergence between an algorithm’s theoretical trigger price and actual fill price (slippage);
  • Model Assumption Limitations: Quantitative algorithms are built on statistical probabilities and historical data distributions. Black swan occurrences, market flash crashes, or sudden liquidity drains may render existing mathematical parameters ineffective;
  • Continuous Execution: Automated scripts execute trade parameters uninterruptedly. Faulty user configurations or unexpected exchange disconnects may trigger rapid loss compounding before a user can intervene manually.

3. Technical & Infrastructure Dependencies

The operational performance of Truc Kimphu relies on complex distributed systems, third-party internet service providers, decentralized consensus protocols, and cryptocurrency exchange application programming interfaces (APIs). Users must recognize that:

  • Exchange maintenance cycles, rate-limiting constraints, or sudden API deprecation can interrupt automated order routing;
  • Blockchain network congestion may result in significant delays or exorbitant gas fees during asset settlement or margin top-ups;
  • Hardware faults, telecommunication disruptions, or malicious cyber operations targeting third-party venues are outside the Platform’s direct control.

4. Counterparty and Exchange Solvency Risk

Truc Kimphu provides algorithmic software interfaces and does not custody client deposits. Your trading balances, collateral, and order books reside on third-party exchanges, liquidity venues, or self-managed decentralized wallets. Truc Kimphu exercises no ownership or custodial oversight over such counterparties. Should a third-party exchange suffer insolvency, regulatory freeze, security breach, or operational failure, Truc Kimphu bears no responsibility or liability for lost or unrecoverable capital.

5. Regulatory and Legal Uncertainty

The legal and regulatory frameworks governing cryptocurrencies, cryptographic assets, and algorithmic execution are subject to rapid evolution worldwide, including within the United Kingdom and the European Union. Future governmental legislation, regulatory crackdowns, registration requirements, or banking restrictions may constrain the availability of digital asset interfaces, impact liquidity, or render certain trading strategies non-compliant without warning.

6. Past Performance & Simulated Modeling

Any historical simulation, backtested metric, calculator display, or hypothetical projection presented on the Platform does not represent a guarantee of future outcomes. Backtested results have inherent structural limitations; they are generated with the benefit of hindsight and cannot completely replicate the actual impact of market liquidity, commissions, borrowing rates, and psychological execution factors under live trading environments.

7. Absence of Advisory or Fiduciary Relationship

Truc Kimphu operates as an independent software vendor. Nothing published on this website, communicated via support channels, or generated by platform indicators constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. No fiduciary duty is created between you and Truc Kimphu. You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits, tax consequences, and suitability of every strategy deployed.

8. Independent Consultation Recommended

Before deploying automated strategies or trading digital assets, we strongly urge you to consult an independent financial advisor registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or the appropriate regulatory authority in your home jurisdiction to verify whether high-risk digital asset activities align with your personal risk tolerance, financial position, and investment objectives.
